Go see a therapist and commit to it on a regular basis, as talk therapy has been the top treatment for all disorders in which you are describing. I have bipolar disorder and you have some of my symptoms. I am on lithium and klonopin . Its helping alot. But it takes time and patience. Marijuana might help, but it is illegal and probably not the best longterm treatment. Look for a county health center in your area and call in for as essment. My husband and I have been having a lot of bad fights for several years now and refuses counselling. We have lovely boy. My husband loves him and is good to him. But the 2 of us have bad fights. The baby gets really stressed out during these fights. He has this scared/distrurbed look and cries when we fight. I' ve tried to get him to try counselling .. but he has refused it. So separation is the only choice I have now becoz I dont think things can improve between us. Joint custody is what I have in mind whereby the child spends approx half the week with me and half with him.I am financially independant and so do not need any monetary help from him. If there is anyone who has been thru a divorce or separation when their child(ren) were between the ages of 1.5 to 3 yrs, please share your experiences with me. After years of diets I literally feel sick all the time?

I'm a woman. I've done atkins, zone diets even vegetarian eating for a while. Now I'm not fat but I don't look thin either. My body seems that it doesn't changes at all. It changes really slow. I'm tired all the time. I have stomach aches,gas problem, headaches, I feel cold easily. I also feel like I need to sleep many hours. I have runny nose and sore throat everyday. My skin one day is oily the other extra-dry.Lately I try to eat balanced and take vitamines (and stopped coffee) but I have a really bad ache to my bones (neck, back and knees) I'm trying also to walk a few miles every week but still it's like I'm always sick. How do I make my adult halloween party really fun?

I'm hosting an adult halloween Party this year, and I was going to try to come up with some games to play, but a few people I have spoken to have said, that most adults don't like to play organized games and just want to chat. That being said, I have been to some pretty boring Halloween parties over the years, and I want my party to be remembered as being a lot of fun. I plan on makeing lots of cool, scary and not so scary food, providing some alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. I was thinking of doing the typical costume contest and possibly have people brink Jack o Lanterns and do a contest for those as well. Can you think of any other ideas that would make this party fun? We also plan on having a firepit in the backyard with hay bales for people to sit on and having the game Rock band in the basement for people to play.

Why am I stalled?

I've been on Atkins for 5 weeks now. The first two weeks I lost 10 lbs. Since then I've been stuck at 165. I haven't gained or lost in 3 weeks. My clothes don't seem to be too much looser. I haven't cheated at all and it's so discouraging! I eat scrambled eggs for breakfast, a salad (no tomatoes or croutons) for lunch, and some type of meat for dinner. I exercise 3 times a week for an 1.5 hours. I have the ketone sticks. They're never less than moderate. After I work out they are dark purple. I'm 5-4 and I need to get down to 130. I have a lot of muscle bulk and I think I weigh a lot more than I look. I'm a size 10 or sometimes an 8 in certain brands. I want to be a size 6. What's the deal?!

How to I fix my water-damaged Ipod?! Help, please!?

4 days ago, I skidded on ice while driving and my car went into the sea. My Ipod happened to be in the car. The Ipod was probably underwater for about an hour and a half before I got it back. Although it was the sea I crashed into, I've been told that only some parts of the loch are salt water and the large majority is fresh water. At first I tried to turn it on just to see if it was working, which it wasn't. I now know this was the wrong thing to do but since, I haven't tried to turn it on. As soon as I got home I put it in a sealed tupperware box with rice in it and placed it in a warmish cupboard. I took it out today, after reading online that it is better to simply leave it face down somewhere so that it can air. I still haven't turned it on but don't know what to do. What is the best way to try revive my poor Ipod?! Help would be much appreciated!

Supplementing rats with cooked or raw chicken?

So I have an adult snake, and the area that I live in only has a limited availability for food. Often when I go they don't have any mice or rats, or they are way to small. I've supplemented a small cooked piece of chicken in addition to a pinky or hopper because alone it's just not enough food. I've done this twice and my snake was fine. I know this isn't the best idea, but what I was wondering was if it would be ok to feed him a small frozen thawed hen or chick from the supermarket? This would be more of a supplement in addition to a normal diet of mice. Should the meat be cooked or raw? I asked my vet, but he doesn't seem to know anything about snakes. He said he wasn't sure and he also didn't know the proper temperature range to keep him at ( which I know of course, but he had to look it up and it was still wrong) so I don't really trust his judgment. Part of me thinks it should be cooked so he doesn't get sick from salmonella or something like that, but another part thinks that cooked is bad bc he might not have the right kind of enzymes in his stomach to break the food down. As I said before, I have fed him cook chicken twice and he's been ok, but I'm worried that maybe something could build up in his system and get him sick. He'll still be getting the proper nutrition from his other food so this is more supplemental. Any suggestions. Thanks

Cellphone MP3 accessories problem?

I purchased a Kyocera cell phone for my son's birthday. The phone can also be used as an MP3 player. Virgin mobile did NOT send the memory stick nor the USB cable with the purchase so I had to buy these separately. I purchased a Merkury HiSpeed USB 2.0, and a 1 GB Transcend memory stick with the card reader adapter. The memory stick fits inside the card reader which is then supposed to be inserted into the USB. When I hook all this up to my computer (I use Windows Vista so I don't have to download a driver), the computer recognizes the USB as the F drive, but keeps telling me to insert a disk into drive F. Presumably, it can't see the memory stick in the memory card reader/adapter OR the memory card reader/adapter is not inserted correctly. It doesn't FEEL like it's inserted correctly because it doesn't "click" into place. Anyone out there have any suggestions? Not including the cell phone, these little purchases set me back another $81 today.

My daughter, who is 15, last week had a slight fever, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. This, by the way, all started with sneezing and coughing for the first day. Why is our 1966 Plymouth Barracuda acting like this and how do you fix it????

My BF and I changed his '66 cuda from a 273 to stock 1bbl /6. Everything is brand-new or rebuilt. All new lines, hoses, etc. The only parts in the car that aren't correct for the year is the transmission, linkage and radiator. We used the radiator from the 273 and had it modified to work with the /6 (holes had to be moved for the hoses). The 904 A/T for /6 we bought on eBay and is from a later year; we sent it to Ft. Dodge Transmissions to be rebuilt and also had them modify the torque converter because of the crank shaft size difference. They had to combine the top half of the torque converter from the 273's trannie to the bottom half of the convertor from the /6. He decided to use cable linkage. The problems we are having is it overheats within minutes of running and it shifts slow, if it shifts at all. He spent all day yesterday adjusting the linkage with no luck. I read at allpar that the linkage from a 2 bbl carb will not interchange with a 1bbl.
