I really need to serious answers about weight loss, please help me out?
i dont have much to say because im underweight (13 and 83 pounds) but lifting weights will not help you lose weight. it will make you grow muscles. you need to run and go for jogs and stuff. you can go yo the gym. a good idea is to go on a diet. instead or eating big meals of sugary foods, you will need to eat small meals of healthy foods like salads or veggies. you should also make sure that you have a daily routine for exercise and it really isnt that hard. even when you are not hungry, eat smalkl amounts of foods like celery or cubers or something like that
