Where and how the tonnes of unused tyres,tubes,can be recycled which are found in?

each and every nook and corners of villages,cities,towns and even in very remote areas of india,the fine dust of them is badly polluting groundwater in india.Can these tyres be used in powerplants,gasifyres,industrial furnaces,boilers,and in those places where fossil fuels are burnt for power and steam generation.These tyres can also be used for making furniture,pillers,and in several applications where water and heat are not involved.Pl anser this and suggest some alternative use of tyres to generate RURAL EMPLOYMENT in INDIA.
