Are there casinos where Blackjack is dealt from card 'shoes' not shuffler machines?

Are there any major US or European casinos where Blackjack is dealt from card shoes and not shuffler machines? With most gaming 'regulators' pretty much in cahoots with the casinos, I doubt that card shuffler machines do not incur a house advantage against the gamblers.
