Why am I stalled?

I've been on Atkins for 5 weeks now. The first two weeks I lost 10 lbs. Since then I've been stuck at 165. I haven't gained or lost in 3 weeks. My clothes don't seem to be too much looser. I haven't cheated at all and it's so discouraging! I eat scrambled eggs for breakfast, a salad (no tomatoes or croutons) for lunch, and some type of meat for dinner. I exercise 3 times a week for an 1.5 hours. I have the ketone sticks. They're never less than moderate. After I work out they are dark purple. I'm 5-4 and I need to get down to 130. I have a lot of muscle bulk and I think I weigh a lot more than I look. I'm a size 10 or sometimes an 8 in certain brands. I want to be a size 6. What's the deal?!
