Can Marks Measure The Intellect?

They measure a part of a person's intelligence. They only conform to one type of intellect, though, and they don't allow for difference in situation (for example, someone studying European history for the first time versus someone who has previously studied it being in the same cl, will not be graded by their abilities, but by an objective scale). It's a little too systematic.
