What does it mean when your area hurts with out doing anything to make it hurt?

my testicles all will hurt for no reason all of a sudden it fells like they are being squeezed and i swore i felt something like tear when i lifted boxes when i just moved now what does this mean why do my testicles will all of a sudden feel like they are being squeezed
