If you think President Bush lied, and want to impeach him, does that make you a hypocrite?

Lying while not under oath is not a crime and is not grounds for impeachment, of Clinton or Bush. Stupidity is not a crime. Starting a war to satisfy one's psychological needs is not a crime. Ignoring evidence is not a crime. Giving distorted intelligence briefings to the House Intelligence Committee is not a crime. When we elect a liar and idiot we are stuck with our own foolish decisions.
