don't worry too much... its just like when you see a good looking guy in the street, you notice and then you move on. Sure they were cute or whatever, but you didn't immediately dump your boyfriend. You asked a straight up question, and he gave you a straight up answer (and usually if a guy mentions she has an ugly face, then he doesn't really like her). Don't worry, its out of instinct when a guy looks at a good looking woman (women do it too), but its when he doesn't follow her with his eyes or his head that you know he doesn't care that there was just some hot person that walked by...
