What happens if i am not on electoral register?

1st off you don't get the vote, 2nd it will affect your chances of credit, most shops etc will run your name/address through a computer link before giving you a contract/credit, 3rd some s&*t will come your way because the dictatorship/government want a census this year & are paying people �10 p/h to chase up people like yourself, aren't so so glad your in a democracy & your vote COUNTS, as the yanks say "have a nice day" but don't enjoy it cos they're watching you.
