Why does Boston Red Sox management allow M.Ramirez to look so dirty and sloppy. The hair is bad,uniform worse?

I see Ramirez as a talented good ballplayer, but he looks dirty and his uniform is sloppy. It is too big!!!!!! why does baseball allow this? It is not a good thing for kids to look at. A statement is one thing but do it with cl. David Ortiz is not that way. If I was the owner I would do what Steinbrenner of the yankees does. A clean look and properly fitting uniform
