When you signed up it asked you you're age. If you already put your age that makes you under age I can't find anywhere to edit that. If you did that you might need to just sign up again, just make a new name and pword and you might need to make another email address. Once you do that, confirm the email address and sign in you'll be able view it. I like the manga you're talking about.
