Ebay buyer hasn't paid in 11 days, what should I do?

I would send a second invoice and give that a couple more days then open the Unpaid Item dispute in Ebay. When they close the case and give you the seller fee back you can re-list it. Next time you list, put buyers with zero feedback please do not bid. They are probably new and not aware. No I would not call the buyer.
