Can this really be taken seriously?

I have Windows XP and I was on a forum and just to brag I put that I have a hacked vista beta which stays permanent although I don't. I'm sure you've done something like this before and wondered about the consequences. So here the reply was that I shouldn't brag about that as it would be illegal. Now I think that Microsoft will come after things like this. I've told the moderator to delete the post. I'm sure Microsoft won't go after things like that as I never steal anyway. Please reure me Do they really look these things up. I've also replyied back saying it was a lie. I have anxiety and I really need to calm down. This only happens when the issue will be solved.
